Ms. Alexandra Rodis proudly serves as the principal of Drayton Hall Elementary School, where she leads with a student-centered approach focused on academic excellence, inclusion, and community connection. With over a decade of experience in Charleston County School District, Ms. Rodis has served as a classroom teacher, lead teacher, and assistant principal before stepping into the role of principal.

She is passionate about building a collaborative school culture where every child is known, supported, and challenged to achieve their personal best. Under her leadership, Drayton Hall continues to grow as an excellent learning community grounded in the values of kindness, responsibility, hard work, and safety—our Bobcat PAWS traits.

A proud West Ashley resident, Ms. Rodis takes great pride in serving the same community she calls home. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time outdoors, working on puzzles, and relaxing with her family.

Ms. Katherine Anderson proudly serves as the Assistant Principal of Drayton Hall Elementary School, where she is dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students. With over 25 years of service in the Charleston County School District, Ms. Anderson has served as a classroom teacher, teacher coach, instructional coach, and assistant principal.

She believes deeply in the power of relationships, and works to build meaningful partnerships with students, families, and staff to ensure every child is supported and challenged to reach their fullest potential.

A lifelong member of the Charleston community, Ms. Anderson both lives and works in the same area where the school is located, maintaining strong connections to the families and students she serves each day. She takes great pride in serving the community she calls home.
